Semantra provides a self service approach for non-technical users to directly access information contained in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. With little to no training, users can use a familiar search box, and the terms and concepts of their CRM system, to turn critical questions into precise and actionable information.

  1. User types an inquiry into familiar search box. (Figure 1)
  2. “Inquiry Assistance” function allows for simple construction of inquiries.
  3. Ambiguous inquiry returns "did you mean" options.
  4. Results are displayed in browser in seconds.
    (Figures 2 and 3)
  5. Results can be exported to Excel for manipulation.
  6. Queries can be saved and retrieved for future use.

Here are just some inquiries that are common among our users.
